Watching the Anika Nilles live songs, which I had not seen, gave me that feeling. I can only imagine the amazing energy in that studio during the recording. Seeing the smiles on Anika and the others was infectious. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks Michael! Yeah, that live studio session is one I find endlessly fun and inspiring! While i'm totally made up with Anika getting the Rush gig, I do look forward to her releasing more of her own music in the future (and hopefully coming to the UK with it...)
Another inspiring article. I’ve never forgotten the story my mum told me of how she found me, age 5, ear to the radio’s speaker, trying to work out what the sounds were. Curiosity is fuel!
Cheers Will! That's a great memory there, I sometimes find my little one at the record player listening to music! And yes, curiosity fuels me constantly, even on days where i'm less than inclined to pick up the instrument, I bring up my music app and hit shuffle until something grabs me :)
