Very much recommended KC. It's so easy to get completely absorbed in the act of practice and playing the instrument (whatever that may be), and we lose sight of what made it fun/important in the first place!
Sage advice! I could imagine this creeping up under the radar for many. Might just set some time aside on a regular basis to just chill and listen to my influences.

100% recommended Adrian :) it really helps when everything gets hectic and overwhelming, just to remember why you started playing in the first place.
